Is the Office Manager for Speech Pathways has over 10
years of experience in the Insurance industry working
for a major Health Insurance provider as a Trainer,
Claims Supervisor, and Claims Consultant. Her expertise
is multi-faceted in areas of developing and implementing
workflow procedures, serving as a liaison between HMO
systems, and evaluating major medical systems. Susan
actively participates in workshops and seminars helping
speech pathologists learn about coding procedures, insurance
company interface, business management and management
reporting.
In addition to her professional life, Susan attends
classes at the University of Houston – Downtown
in Business Management. When time allows, she enjoys
traveling, shopping, reading novels, and gardening. |
