Received a B.S. in Speech and Hearing and an M.S. in Educational Administration from Purdue University. She earned her M.S. in Speech-Language Pathology from Lamar University in 1999. Mary has 16 years of clinical experience in a variety of settings including schools, hospitals, and private practice. Currently, Mary is the Operations Manager for the Katy location of Speech Pathways, P.C. She is licensed by the American-Speech-Language-Hearing Association and the Texas Board of Examiners in Speech-Language Pathology.

Mary is dedicated to quality care for all her clients. Her primary professional goal is to be a lifelong learner to meet the needs of her clients and their families. Mary was a 1999 American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) convention presenter on Smith-Magenis syndrome. In 2005, Mary received the Award for Continuing Education (ACE) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association. She currently participates in two special interest divisions through ASHA including the voice special interest division and schools special interest division.

Mary pursues her other life endeavors with the same zeal she brings to her clients in therapy. Her proudest personal accomplishment was completing the 1987 Tenneco Marathon. Mary loves dogs and has three cocker spaniels. Her interests include walking, doing Crypto-Quizzes, reading murder mysteries (especially Sue Grafton), and working as a
movie/TV extra.
